Hyatt Place Las Vegas

I stayed at this property for 3 nights on a business trip. Conveniently located close to UNLV and The Strip, it offers many nearby restaurant options. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the buffet breakfast was decent. Ricardo at the reception was incredible: very attentive and accommodating to our needs. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We were in walking distance of the strip so the location was great. I booked through Airbnb so they were having some issues finding my reservation but Ileana the front desk clerk did not give up on helping us, even with the hotel full of incoming guests (some were even rude to her) and the system crashing. Her customer service was amazing and she was so kind to all the guests even with all the chaos. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was great!

Flew into town for a job late. I couldn’t find a single hotel until I called the Hyatt in Las Vegas. Brian answered the phone and was of great relief and help assuring he would have a room for me. He really exceeded above and beyond expectations with a caring attitude. Not only was he helping me but at least 5 others called with the same concern and Brian handled it. He knew exactly how many rooms he had and didn’t make promises he couldn’t keep unlike the hotel I booked that ended up being over booked when I got there.

Check-in and check-out are smooth, and any questions or requests are handled promptly. The overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Breakfast is a strong feature, offering a good variety of hot and cold options that are fresh and well organized. Common areas, including the lobby and dining space, are clean and comfortable. The location is convenient, providing easy access to the Strip while being slightly removed from heavy traffic and noise. Parking is accessible, and the property feels safe and well managed. Overall, Hyatt Place Las Vegas delivers consistent quality, comfort, and service that align well with a 4-star rating. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Hyatt never disappoints no matter the state. Always clean breakfast is always ready and great. Pet friendly. Guest service was great. House keeping very great. Easy to check in and check out.

Luis was so helpful! He helped us check in smoothly when we had an awkward check-in setup situation. He helped us out and made it so easy for us to get everything we needed. The hotel provided a pack n play for our baby to sleep in and extra pillows and blankets were quickly delivered when we requested them. Rooms were quiet and cozy. Everything functioned well. This location is close enough to the Thomas & Mack Center to walk to events (10 min brisk walk). But it's also right by the airport, so planes constantly fly loudly overhead. Complimentary breakfast had great variety and was freshly restocked throughout the morning. Lots of coffee and tea options. Easy to grab food for later in the day for our kids - apples, oranges, bagels, cheerios, etc. Pool was kid-friendly and calm - a room key is required to access the gated pool, which made it feel safer for our kids.

I would like to shoutout and show appreciation for Brian at the front desk. He showed the most hospitality I have ever received and did a really nice favor for me and one other lost soul trying to get back to our native lands. Hotel was a great experience and Brian made it even better. Thanks!

Solid basic hotel. Very very small and under equipped fitness center. That’s my main complaint breakfast is decent. Rooms are large and clean. Pillows are decent, bed is ok. Staff was great. Luis and Brian were awesome and really helpful during evening check in. It’s not too far from the airport or strip. Plenty of food within walking distance.
